At TEXUB ("we", "us", and "our"), we believe in providing a reliable and safe Marketplace to our Buyers and Sellers ("Users"). In order to achieve the same, TEXUB needs Users' support and assistance.

All Users are advised to read the TEXUB Marketplace User's Code of Conduct ("CoC") and ensure strict and continuous compliance with the below terms and conditions.

USER'S CODE OF CONDUCT:

TEXUB Marketplace Users warrant that they shall;

1. Provide accurate information to us and other Users (where applicable);

2. Act in a bona fide manner and shall never misuse any features or services offered by us;

3. Not attempt to defame, damage or abuse other Users;

4. Not send unsolicited and inappropriate communications to other Users;

5. Not make contact with other Users without explicit prior written permission of TEXUB;

6. Not attempt to circumvent our sales and goods listing process. For example, you cannot redirect traffic from Marketplace to any other website or platform that is not explicitly authorized in writing by us or embed our Marketplace without our prior written permission;

7. Not use any alias, DBA or "trading as" name on the Marketplace;

8. Not use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc. or "load testers" such as wget, apache bench, mswebstress, httpload, blitz, Xcode Automator, Android Monkey, etc., that accesses the Marketplace in a manner that sends more request messages to the Marketplace in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period;

9. Not allow (directly or indirectly) a third party, your affiliates, agents, partners, employees etc. to act on your behalf in a way that violates our policies or any terms and conditions or negatively impacts TEXUB or any of its Users;

10. Not list goods with a misleading reference pricing,

11. Follow all accepted business and professional norms and ethics in their dealings and communications with TEXUB;

12. Be reasonable and act in good faith in respect of all dealings with TEXUB;

13. Treat any confidential information they receive about TEXUB or other Users as confidential and keep it securely;

14. Shall understand and comply with all applicable fair business, advertising and competition laws, including fair trading and antitrust laws;

15. Not engage in any illegal, unethical, discriminating or abusive conduct;

16. Shall not use child labour, etc.

FAIR PRICING:

Sellers are independent of TEXUB, and apart from the controls which are provided in TEXUB terms and conditions (which are necessary for ensuring quality and safety of the Marketplace), Sellers are responsible and have absolute freedom to set the prices for the Goods listed by them.

GOODS LISTING AND PURCHASE LIMITATIONS:

We notify our Users that any listing or purchase of goods on our Marketplace shall be strictly limited to business and commercial use.

PACKAGING GUIDELINES FOR SELLERS:

We advise Sellers to follow the below guidelines while packaging their Goods.

1. Use a rigid box with flaps intact,

2. Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable,

3. Wrap all items separately,

4. Use adequate cushioning material,

5. Use strong tape designed for shipping,

6. Do not use string or paper over-wrap,

7. Use a single address label that has precise, complete delivery and return information,

8. Place a duplicate address label inside the package, etc.

CONSEQUENCE OF BREACH:

If any Users are found to be in breach of any term or threats to breach, then we will have the sole and absolute discretion to take any or all of the below actions against such Users.

1. Delete, alter or reject any of their listing that contravenes this Code of Conduct;

2. Deactivate their TEXUB account temporarily or permanently;

3. Block their IP address from accessing our Marketplace;

4. Withhold any payments which are due to them;

5. Investigate their violation of the Code of Conduct and take appropriate legal action against them;

6. Inform appropriate law enforcement agencies if TEXUB deems that their actions breach any applicable laws, including but not limited to Anti Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Cyber Crime Laws or any other criminal activity.
