In the process, we may obtain information and data from our Users, which could be confidential or be characterized as personal data (“Data”) under certain applicable regulations.

Although TEXUB only deals with incorporated legal entities (“Entity”), we assure you that we will treat all Data with utmost respect and care.

When you create your TEXUB User account on our Marketplace, advertising enquiry etc.
To verify your entity, approve your account, conduct due diligence, determine the feasibility of providing services to our Users, satisfy any contractual or legal requirements, facilitate the trading of products between Buyer and Seller, for marketing campaigns etc.

Inventory Details: Product name, specifications, applicable licenses and approval, storage location, weight and dimensions, pricing, available inventory etc.

When Seller lists the Product on our Marketplace with an intention to sell, advertising enquiry, etc.
To manage logistics, shipment, quality assurance, create a catalogue of available Products on our Marketplace for Sellers to make an order, facilitate the trading of products between Buyer and Seller etc.
Shipment: office/warehouse address from where Product will be collected for shipment or delivered, business timing, contact person name, email and contact number etc.

When you create your TEXUB User account on our Marketplace, advertising enquiry, etc.
To manage logistics, shipment, quality assurance, collection and delivery of Products, facilitate the trading of products between Buyer and Seller, etc.

Financial: Entity’s financial details, bank account information etc.

When you create your TEXUB User account on our Marketplace, advertising enquiry etc.
To provide credit, make refunds, manage the monetary relationship between Users and TEXUB, conduct due diligence, payment, billing etc.

Tax and Accounting: Tax registration number, tax domicile jurisdiction, supporting documents etc.

When you create your TEXUB User account on our Marketplace, advertising enquiry etc.
To manage TEXUB’s tax, accounting and regulatory compliance obligations, provide any rebate, refund or deductions where applicable, payment and billing etc.
Activity Information: about your use, and the use by any person(s) you authorize through your account, of our Marketplace, such as the content you view or post, how often you use our services, and your preferences etc.

To enhance User experience, add necessary features, provide protection and manage traffic.
